Hi there! I'm Cameron
I’m so excited you’re here. Choosing a wedding photographer is about way more than just hiring someone with a camera. It’s about finding someone who helps you feel like yourself, someone who helps ease the inevitable anxiety, maybe even someone you might want to hang out with after you’ve ridden off into the sunset and photos have been delivered.
I'm a storytelling wedding photographer based in Seattle, Washington. My style is photojournalistic, bright, authentic, and honest. This means that while I’ll make sure to capture everything that makes the day uniquely you, I always keep an eye on the day itself — the candids, the tears, the laughter and everything in between. I’m here to remind you not of what your wedding looked like, but what it felt like.
These images are like your first heirlooms, find someone who’ll treat them as such.
When I'm not photographing weddings, you can find me adventuring, leading photo trips for National Geographic, Netflix’ing like a pro, and cozying up at home with my partner Adam.
Cameron was the perfect photographer. She led us through the entire process with grace and a deep desire to understand what it was WE wanted. We were hesitant about having a camera "in our face" on our big day. We never felt anything like this with Cameron. She captured all of our moments, focused on what was important to us, and never once felt intrusive. She delivered GORGEOUS images and managed to capture incredible moments that we now have in our lives forever. She made us laugh, directed us in a gentle yet totally effective manner and made us feel comfortable and at ease. She has an eye for details and captured the essence of our gathering. I can't say enough good things about working with her.

"Cameron's photos perfectly captured our wedding weekend! She took time prior to wedding day to look over design ideas. Throughout the weekend, she was everywhere at once - she captured many moments that I saw for the first time when I looked through the album. Not only is she incredibly talented, she made us feel at ease and was assertive while also being kind and patient!"

"Cameron is the best!!! Once we met her, we knew that we didn't need to see anyone else. Not only are her photos stunning, but we instantly felt at ease and comfortable with her. She had a bunch of little games and tips and make posing feel natural and easy. We had told her beforehand that we wanted our wedding photos to capture the emotion and excitement of the day, and they absolutely did not disappoint. I would 100% recommend Cameron."

"Cameron is absolutely amazing! She made our engagement session and wedding so relaxing and fun! I could not have asked for a better photographer. She has a way of capturing emotion that make you feel like you can relive the day through the photographs! On top of being fun to work with, she is SO knowledgeable when it comes to photography! Cameron is super reliable and flexible, and she made this a wonderful experience for us!"

how it all works
We’ll meet (ideally in person — coffee? Tea? Cocktail?), ask and answer questions, and get better acquainted with each other.
If it feels right, we’ll reserve your wedding date with a signed contract and retainer. Then we’ll start thinking about your engagement session!
Time flies when you’re having fun— and planning weddings — but I’ll always be around to answer questions throughout the process. About six months before the big day, I’ll send you a pre-wedding questionnaire to help us finalize the timeline, create the photo list, and make sure I have all the details I need before go time.
You can expect to receive your fully edited images eight to ten weeks after your wedding via an online gallery.

You can't pass your Facebook page down to your grandkids
This is not your grandma’s wedding album (although don’t be surprised if she wants one, too). Some stories deserve a book — a beautiful, modern, lay-flat book that comes in a variety of linens and leathers, and holds the heart of your wedding day within it.
I’ll curate the most evocative images into your own personal, touchable narrative; it looks pretty perfect on a coffee table too. Just sayin’.

Practice makes perfect
Unless you model for a living, being in front of a camera can feel a little awkward. There’s a reason I’m usually the one behind the camera.
I'm a big fan of engagement sessions for a couple reasons: there’s no better way to feel each other out, and they help warm you up to being photographed all day (wedding days are long!) in a casual, stress-free setting.
And while they’re great for save-the-dates, I've taken engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to just a few days before the wedding — because why the hell not (and practice makes almost-perfect)?!
How many photographs do you typically deliver?
Every day is different, but generally speaking, you can expect approximately 60-80 photos per hour photographed.
Who will be your second photographer?
I work with many full-time, professional wedding photographers I know and trust.
Would you travel to photograph our wedding?
Heck yeah! I love every excuse to travel!
What is your photography style?
Clean, fresh, candid, genuine, natural.
Will you bring backup equipment?
Plus back-ups for my back-ups: extra gear, a second photographer. And of course I’m insured and licensed.
